Tasks:
Under the responsibility of our Marketing Manager, your challenge will be to develop the French and international sales of a booming start-up, as well as the profitability of the different locations (airports/railway stations in Europe). They are the guarantor for the sales targets to be reached (monthly targets) and the monitoring of the operating margin per location (city).

The main tasks:

1. Procurement:

Understand the tourism and mobility market: Develop knowledge of the players and their positioning to adapt our acquisition strategy.

Ensure website/mobile application visibility on different media and improve campaign performance to increase brand visibility and profitability (multi-country and multilingual).

Control, allocate and analyze the acquisition budget between the different levers (SEA, SEO, price comparison sites, email, affiliation, retargeting, social networks, etc.).

Manage external service providers: affiliate platform, price comparator, editorial agency (SEO), Google Account Manager, media agency (video/radio)…

Propose innovative and ROI systems to increase sales.

Build partnerships to liven up the brand or optimize sales (influencers, social networks).

Ensure that campaigns run smoothly on all levers (costs, quality, deadlines, performance, tracking, ROI).

2. Business & Data:

Monitor the key KPIs daily to measure the performance of the different levers.

Arbitrate between the different levers to optimize revenue growth and stay on target with COS/CAC targets.

Generate weekly and monthly activity monitoring reports.

Know how to identify the behavior of our personas and analyze the conversion tunnel to propose actions to improve conversion.

Analyze spent budgets to help monitor and optimize operating margin.

Have a solid knowledge of the implementation of a tagging plan and be able to identify the technical elements needed to optimize the activity (tag, developments, etc.).

3. Project management:

Work with the marketing team (including visual designers) and IT to optimize traffic and conversions

Create briefings and manage content production for acquisition campaigns (in collaboration with the visual designer and the communications manager).

Coordinate the various digital actions within the acquisition team and ensure the management of a team of 3 people (2 trainees and 1 intern) responsible for the following elements:

Competitive and strategic intelligence

Social networks

SEO

4. Expertise and tools:

You are (essentially) proficient in Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager (no agency outsourcing).

You know in detail how to use Google Analytics, Data Studio and Excel (level pivot tables).

You know how to deepen a tagging plan and tagging in Google Tag Manager.

In addition to specific tools, you have good technical knowledge of various computer languages, are proficient in SEO tools (SEM Rush), tracking or retargeting.

This position requires a successful track record of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the tourism, mobility or technology sector.

Some management experience is essential.

Expert in BtoC or BtoB e-commerce, selling services (would be a plus).

You know the levers to activate in the short and medium term to accelerate an online business while respecting the objectives of COS/CAC.

You coordinate and supervise a team of 3 people.

As a leader at heart, you enjoy proposing action plans and coordinating them with various stakeholders.

Be autonomous and strict; Demonstrate start-up, agile spirit and a real ROI approach.

You are passionate, like a challenge and use data every day to improve your actions.

Capabilities :

You have a commercial education such as Master, ESC, IAE with e-commerce, digital specialization.

You speak English and ideally a 3rd language (Spanish, Dutch, Italian or Portuguese)

You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills
